Build tools to calculate TPS (Transaction per second) in private Blockchain

We would like to get an application that broadcast huge transaction over the network and will show TPS (Transaction per second) in Block chain. Current Consensus of Block Chain: - Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) is another form of Proof of Stake (POs) consensus mechanism to scale up to a million transactions per second. DPOS concentrates block production in the hands of few semi-trusted entities in order to achieve more scalability than Proof of Work (POW) or other Proof of Stake block chains.
