eWallet to be developed for Existing Android App

1. Source code will be our property. Source code should be handed over to us, only then full payment will made. 2. We will make payment in milestones. 3. We have developed an Android app for providing 10% discount on each payment made. We want you to make its own eWallet which should be linked to other existing eWallets like Paytm, PhonePe and payment gateways. We want that whenever user make any payment to our partner shops using our eWallet by partner's QR code or mobile number, then 10% less of total amount should be stored in our eWallet immediately with unique reference number. Our existing ewallets or UPI could be linked on our own EWallet which could be secured by 4 digit pin or OTP. So that payment could be made immediately. 10% discount amount will be stored only on our eWallet and can be used for recharges or other shopping further but can not be withdrawn in bank account. It should be linked to our android app. if you have experience in this and agree to our project conditions only then apply for this project.
