CUSTOMER SERVICE

As we say, we need a React-Native or IONIC /REACT, Mobile-First focus application and Platform for Customer Fidellity and Acumulative and Exchange points. We want an application that covers several business flows, in principle that of 1) accumulation and 2) redemption or redemption of points. This application is not necessarily for a specific customer, it must be configurable to work with a scheme or trade with various associated exchange programs or as a customer with a single point accumulation and redemption program. For example, a Restaurant, ask the customer if they accumulate points, this store saves the points in our program to which said customer is previously attached. Then at another time, the client with our APP chooses to pay with their accumulated points, generating a QR that the trade application reads to discount, could even generate a co-payment. In both cases it is the same application, but with different users and functionalities, as the case may be. Technically it requires: - Application that handles the described and detailed flows when hiring service. - Development of REST API in Node JS and MySQL engine using stored procedures, this REST API can contain services or Microservices. - Consider engine for cache in MongoDb or Redis - Time available from Nov 11 to Dec 19, two-week sprints with integration at the end of each week. - Team with at least two FRONT SENIOR developers in REACT NATIVE or IONIC REACT and a developer for BACKEND and database. - The application must be scalable via DOCKER and / or Kbiertes we expect proposals on this. - Incremental results must be generated, for ANDROID and IOS - All documented code as well as architecture - An economic proposal is needed as soon as possible.
