Graphic Artist

We are a two restaurant operation. Despite our small size we do a lot of original local promotions using posters, postcards, online, etc. I'm looking to establish a working relationship with a graphic artist(s) who can produce original art inspired by art that I find on the internet. I have made the effort to license existing art but it takes so long to track down an artist, or I don't get responses, or the licensing procedure is complex and set up for large scale use. I want to send an artist an image that I have found on the internet, like those in my sample page ( [[login to view URL]][1] ). I want that artist to create something original using the reference art as a template. I want the new piece to be almost identical to the original but different enough so as to not be confused with the original. I want to find an artist who can work on the basis of an hourly rate so that this becomes affordable for my small-scale use and is a fair source of income to the artist.
