High End Real Estate Photo Editor

We are a real estate photography studio specializing in apartment communities. We currently have multiple projects in our pipeline and are looking to start outsourcing our post-processing. We have completed this in-house for the past four years and have extremely high expectations of our retouchers. We are searching for an exceptionally skilled photo editor that can produce results under tight deadlines. These edits are required to be sharp, bright and brilliantly balanced. We are not interested in HDR or an average real estate edit. The ideal applicant will meet the following criteria: - Extremely proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom - Be able to manually blend up to 12 images per final if need be - Edit images that are bright and crisp without looking fake and over done - Remove unwanted items like, pool cleaners, power cords, reflections, fridge magnets, bins, water stains, dust spots, and anything else that deters from the image looking amazing - MUST be able to replace the sky in images that were captured on cloudy or rainy days - Manually blend multiple exposures for twilight shots that look really well balanced, vivid and sharp. - Edit images that represent true color and consistency - Deliver images in 48 hours and have a 24 hour correction period, if necessary. A successful applicant can expect 6-20 final images per shoot with up to 3 shoots a week at this current time. Jobs will be charged on a per project basis.
