Creative entrepreneur looking for a talented virtual assistant. I manage a few online stores and I am a Technical Recruiter. We are looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy, detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with a number of tasks on an ongoing basis. Previous corporate administrative experience is essential. You will be a True Virtual Assistant and will need to be the owners Right Hand. You will help the owner get organized, set appointments, manage her schedule, and help to keep her organized.
You will need to have the following experience:
Must be tech savvy, able to provide administrative help, respond quickly.
Have experience using WordPress, uploading products and changing texts.
Must have experience composing emails, writing client emails, and corresponding with clients and potential clients.
Must have Socal Media Marketing / Page Management experience
Must have experience with Email Marketing
Must speak and write in fluent U.S. English.
Must be organized and an excellent communicator.
We prefer someone who has good project management experience.
It would also be helpful to have an iPhone, so we could communicate via iMessage for quick messages.
The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and extremely organized. We will need you to help the owner get organized.
