You will take my client's page currently in development and create a secure "bill pay" page. The page will take the following information: First Name Last Name Email Address Confirm Email Phone Number Move Number Payment Amount User is then taken to a Pay screen where they enter CC info and pay their bill. There is no database, this simply takes the input amount, makes the payment, and send email confirmation to the Admin and the User. If you like, the CC info can be put on the input page as well, not really necessary to add another page, but you as the Programmer can decide this.
