200905 file manager and html editor

i offer a service on ebay to design auction listing designs. I create the designs in frontpage and give the customer a html code so they can paste it into ebay. The problem is they cant edit it. Im looking for a script which can do the following. Features 1 customer need to be able to upload or paste the html code onto a html editor.
