322183 Wireless 802.11 coding

Hi, We are based in Malaysia. We have a requirement for a developer who can start working remotely now and later move to our KL/Malaysia office in few months time. The project is long term project and involves development of Wireless 802.11 a/b/g protocols and the coding can be ideally done in Visual Studio/C++ or any other suitable language depending on programmer's experience. Most importantly for us, programmer should have solid experience working in 802.11 such as building application to discover 802.11 in surrounding, connecting with the AP in Peer mode or connecting with another 802.11 device using Ad-hoc mode etc. For now in this small project, we just want to identify if programmer is able to build a basic code to do few things only as mentioned in above paragraph once we install this app in our PC. Later we will start giving more requirements.
