We are developing a service based site that will have re occuring payments for continued use of the service.
I already have "Linkpoint central" for my merchant/gateway. and from thier online documentation we just need to add some forms that pass parameters to their site to process payment from our site. I need to have reoccuring payment also captured in this form.
We need you to setup the form for 1 service that processes a payment to linkpoint. We can provide ssl on the site we would like to keep as much data on our site as possible. they mention several methods for this.

You will need to somehow store notification of approval in the db so we can know if the customer is current on charges, this will have to be updated each month when linkpoint rebills. i dont know the technicals of this
this is the site manual
I will need to know your experience in this area.
the solution will have to be asp.net
We only need you to build the framework. It doesnt have to be pretty, we will integrate it into the site ourself
