Excel to ASP.NET(repost)

Attached is a three page (3) timesheet application created in Excel with numerous embedded formulas and page to page data population. I am interested in recreating the attached three (3) page excel app, complete with all formulas and functionality in ASP.NET and with the sql script necessary to create the SQL 2000 database for use with the new ASP.NET application. The new ASP.NET app must be compatible with the Dotnetnuke 1.010d environment, must retain the same visual format, printing format for sheets 2 and 3, and all formulas and functionality. The new ASP.NET must open and auto populate a new timesheet for each user, be able to calculate entered data, save all entered and calculated data to the SQL 2000 database and auto populate the associated fields from sheet 1 to sheet 2 and sheet 3, just like the attached excel time sheet does. The three (3) excel sheets will be recreated into three ASP.NET online forms.
