Photographer's Website Total Redesign

I am working on a photographer's website and need someone or some group's creative ability to give the GUI, photo layout, and total website a new up-to-date, eye-catching appearance. I need a web designer and developer who is proficient at flash and dhtml. Maybe even asp and access database depending on the way the website is developed. And afterwards, I want the site easy to add photo sets to and update if needed. (For instance, if the photographer has a new photo set for a wedding and needs them on the web, I just want him to have to paste the folder with all the pictures in the wedding subfolder and the website be updated automatically) The number of photos in a folder should be a variable. There will be multiple folders and subfolders with photos in them to be included in this website. Not just weddings but also commercial, family, individual, aerial, and etc. So will need submain pages for each one. I am interested in a flash intro as well. Also something that interests me is two paths of going through the website, one for high speed users and one for those modem users.

All photos need to be protected from being downloaded, for they are all copyrighted.
