Proposals/Presentations Workspace

I am looking to develop modules or extend certain modules currently available under Rainbow portal. Please review Rainbow ([login to view URL]) / IBuySpy portal kit and understand that we should be able to add your module under Rainbow. I have attached 1 module (zip file) developed for Rainbow. You can email me if you can’t download it and I will send file via email. The module I’m interested in is: Proposals/Presentations Workspace-Secure, online workspaces for client and matter collaboration. Proposal management and automation: Presentations to prospective clients, business development and media relations. Proposals/Presentations allow a firm to share information (via the extranet) with clients, business development, media relations and prospects. Proposals/Presentations provide a centralized repository to store and manage all of the firm's marketing information. User can quickly assemble high-quality proposals with the most up-to-date marketing information. The easy-to-use, web-based interface dramatically reduces the administrative burden associated with assembling proposal content. Proposals/Presentations guides the user through a series of questions and dynamically inserts the appropriate information into the proposal, such as recipient name/address, practice areas description, attorney resumes, and relevant experience summaries. The final Proposals/Presentation is stored/managed on the intranet. A system that provides prospective clients, current clients, and media contacts with secure web-based access to select information relevant to the firm's business development efforts. It allows the firm to present firm resumes, publications, experience, references, and proposal responses. A number of these functionalities are already present with the standard Rainbow portal solution. For instance the “documents?? module under Rainbow can be used for sharing documents, etc. However, this module P/P will extend all the Rainbow capabilities to allow firms to build customized (based on client, media client, prospect) extranet dynamically from pre-built extranet configurations. Most features as in the 3 links below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Also please submit a proposal specific to my project, i.e. what relevant knowledge and expertise you have to implement this project, your experience with a project similar to this and the time taken to implement this project. Also, note that you must bid a FIXED price for each module from initiation to acceptance. _PREFERENCE_ will be given to developers who have experience/knowledge building a similar project and if they can show a working demo. BTW, I have several projects (modules) posted on the website so feel free to look at some of my other projects as well. …they maybe more relevant to your experience/knowledge. There are a few points I would like to make clear: a) I will assume that you have gone through the Rainbow portal, installed and run it successfully. Please understand how new modules are to be developed under Rainbow. b) You would have to deliver a Complete and fully functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done including complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased c) I will complete payment after you finish the project and I have integrated it in Rainbow and tested to make sure there are no bugs. Give me at least 1 week after submission for integration and bug testing before i make payment. There will be no advance payment and we will agree to a FIXED price bid for the module. d) GUI/Design of screens is very important. To minimize issues regarding design i have provided reference sites that i like and hence i expect coders to refer to those screens for design of screens. Try to design screens as closely to the reference screens.
