WEB BASED ACTIVE DIRECTORY INTERFACE

I am a small exchange hosting company and I am looking to build a small web portal to allow users to modify other users in Active Directory.

Basically when someone signs up we create a user using a UPN, so their login is USER at [login to view URL]

We create an OU in our AD called [login to view URL], put the user there and create to groups, a "ALLUSERS at [login to view URL]" and "ADMINS at [login to view URL]" I want an interface that the users in "ALLUSERS at [login to view URL]" can log into and add, delete user under their OU. If you look at the attached ZIP I hashed out the basics of what I need. This should be a quick project in ASP.NET with some ADSI scripting, though the tool choice is up to you... you can do it with ASP and VBSCRIPT for all I care.

And take a look at the ADSI SCRIPTOMATIC which can generate a lot of the scripts already. I can work with the developer to get the field names that need to be set and to what values, though much is just querying what's there so the user can edit them.

I do want a login page to this that can hit AD and make sure the user allowed to use the tool (member of "ALLUSERS at [login to view URL]")

I'm thinking a good developer that knows AD can bang this out in a day.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
