The project is for international banking. This product allows banks to control their borrowers and save money as "emergency" capital used to support loans. Typical portfolios in this application are between $100 and $200 billion dollars. here are between 3,000 and 30,00 borrowers Individual transactions are between $5m and $50m. The job requires the following abilities and experience : * database with SQL Server (stored procedures) * web services using C# and ASP .NeT * Excel with communicating data from cells directly to the database * communications from the web service to a remote web service across the internet * excellent C# and SQL programming skills * Access (not for programming in) but used for importing and exporting data to the application from Excel using "linked tables". Also editing the data directly the database without programming. This important as some of data will need to be changed. The system will consist of 9 screens mostly listing the data. One screen is complex and need to talk to another database in addition to your one. stored procedures will do much of the key updates. The project will be executed by a series of screen being handed to the developers and explained in detail. I am a programmer and computer specialist with 40 years experience and I can send the specs under non disclosure, in great detail for the programmers. I am expecting this to between 2 and 3 months.
