To Do application

Need a to-do list that will keep track of multiple projects. I had this posted earlier but it didn't work too well in VB. I need it to have the following features 1) set up with a Hierarchy...categories with items below it. 2) Categories collapsable to hide the items ONLY if I click to hide it. otherwise its always defaulted to show the items 3) 1 click button at the top to add categories 4) 1 click button at the top to add items 5) 1 click button at the top to delete items/categories. Alternatively, a "trash can" beside each item/category 6) List is printable 7) PC based application 6) application split into left hand pane and right hand pane. Left hand pane has category/items. Right side has details on each item. 7) When I click on each item on the left, the information in the right hand side changes to reflect the new item I am highlighting. 8) Items on left pane are highlighted when i am typing notes in the right hand side. Notes are saved automatically when I click away from them. 9) On opening, program should take up at least 3/4 of my screen so I can see most of the open items. Sizable 10) flat file to be used as DB 11) Must run on Windows XP Pro 12) Need a dummy proof install setup included 13) Stay on top feature so it stays at the front of all other screens. I know there are other todo programs out there in shareware...etc but I want this to be as few clicks as possible when I maintain this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
