You must write a script that enters an "AWD code" and a combination of "Rate Code" and when applicable, "Coupon number" against the [login to view URL] web site and returns the best rate for a car rental. Example, you log onto the site and rent a car from one location to another - using three letter airport codes, like IAD to LAX or for same station rentals, like IAD. One the next screen you may enter an "AWD" or Avis Worldwide Discount code, such as Z190301 or E190300 and the result screen will give you a rate for each category of car. This script or "spider" must accept the input of new AWD's and rate code combinations and store them so that when a new price request is made, all existing known AWD and rate code combinations are checked. Try the [login to view URL] site to see for yourself how the pages are returned, and then make your bid. Access to this script should be on a website, with password access and a sign-up screen that requires an approval from the site administrators. No backdoors and all rights go to the buyer. Should also be able to have "guest access" where a visitor can pay $1 via paypal to have access to one search. No cookies to be used, and must not be caught in any web caches, perhaps use session ID's. Web User information should be passed through - in other words, they should be asked all the same information as seen on the Avis site, but not the screen with the AWD, etc. Instead, it should ask "Do you have a new offer or a new AWD code"?, check against the existing list, and either say, "Thanks for the new code, it has been added to the database" or "Thanks for the code - it was already in our database, but we appreciate your input. We always welcome new codes!" You might also ask "Do you know the name of the group affiliated with this AWD" and add that to the database, as some users want to know if they are eligible prior to reserving with a code. If a person DOES submit a new code, the results should show the offers for their code against the best offer found from the codes in the existing database. A nice option would be to store a high and low price range for a give rental location, as the rates change frequently, so the user could see that for a similar rental at this location, the best rate EVER was $x and the highest ever was $y. Payment is one third upon presentation of working demo, one third on installation on our server, one third after 30 days continuous use with NO errors! All rights go to buyer. No code-reuse, no resale of the product. All documentation must be turned over with second payment.
