iOS iPad Application Development including graphics

Project Description We are seeking an iOS developer who can transform our story board mock ups into a fully functioning iOS App for iPad devices (1 & 2). The base application forms the foundation for an “Ecosystem” of mobile forms that will sync with a web portal (management dashboard). The app must work in off line mode and sync captured data wirelessly (3G and Wifi) and receive information from the portal related to PROJECT configurations. Hence a 2 way sync!!! The App services the Construction Industry so the design needs to be very simple and extremely user friendly. NO tiny closely group buttons and icons!!! Supplier Requirement All work commissioned will be for our exclusive use and we will own all intellectual property, including but not limited to, all source code, artworks, names, and exclusive worldwide rights. Please send us full details of previous applications you have developed, with a similar scope and functionality Send us links to applications you have previously developed in the iTunes app store. Quote ‘wiseworker iPad’ in your response to show you have fully read this. Final handover and acceptance we will require the iOS App to be transferred to our own Apple Enterprise Developer account. The App needs to be fully tested, bug free and pass all Apple testing – appear in the iTunes store under our Apple account We want the App to "look and feel" like our web portal ([login to view URL])  Users will need to update PROJECT configurations (folder structure and lookups) on the web portal and sync them to the iOS App. iOS App users will need to be able to download configuration setting and PROJECT details and upload captured data (using the forms) to the web portal corresponding with the correct PROJECT Our timeline for the development of the App is 2 - 4 weeks for the base Ecosystem and the INSPECTION form, with full in App reporting. The additional forms (Progress Monitoring and Assessments) should take 1-2 weeks each beyond this. We require regular updates (every 48hrs) throughout the development and you must have good English skills written and verbal so we can conference call/chat.
