Copy and Paste Content Website Creation

G'day Coders, I required a content website created with content taken from provided e-books and articles on Bird watching. I require of minimum of 40 pages to be copy and pasted into a provided website template. Here is the procedure. 1. Select and copy information out of the ebook/articles which are informative. 2. Paste them within the web template around the adsense code. (The text will need to be split in half one section above the middle adsense code and one section below.) 3. Rename the page to a keyword relavent name. 4. Rename the page title/header within the page with a keyword relavent name. 5. Write a keyword relavent description and keyword list on the basis of the content. 6. Update the right side bar with the new page (or article group) and sitemap with new link. As you can see it is very easy for somebody who has minimal html experience. I require somebody with some SEO knowledge. I will need the [login to view URL] created.
