Wanted Links in Computing Sites and Forums in Australia

Hi, I have an Online Computer Shop in Australia, and I am needing someone to get me links in Computer websites and Forums in Australia to link to my website in some way. I am trying to build up more sites linking to my site in order to drive more traffic to my website. Please reply with your bid request stating how you intend to provide me with more links on Computing websites and Computing forums IN AUSTRALIA, and which websites you will target. I need to know exactly how you are going to do it and where you are going to do it, as I need to approve each site and method myself (I am not interested in people posting their methods and then me simply stealing them and doing it myself - I dont have time for that, which is why I am paying someone else to do it myself). If you know of any good sites for me to submit to, but they will cost me money, then please provide me with information for those sites, and how much those websites cost (as well as putting in your own bid request), and I may consider whether I will also pay for those sites you recommend. Anyway, the more information you can provide me with the better. ALL websites have to be relevant to my own website. NOTE: I am NOT interested in people doing SEO on my website itself. It is expected that you will have a good knowledge of Computing Hardware (since we sell computing Hardware) so that you know what you are talking about when you contact people. It is also expected that you can speak good english. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ALL links need to be provided to me of where my link is added by the time that this project becomes signed off. So if you post in a forum, then you need to give me the link to the post, or if you have my link added to a website, then you also need to provide me a link to where I can see my own link. I will NOT allow my site to be added to Link Farms. Sites MUST be Australian, and need to be related to Computing. NOTE: Most Computing Forums do not allow commercial advertising unless I become their sponsor, so you cannot simply say that you will put posts in their forums saying "hey... go to my website here etc".
