454164 Simple Real Estate Listing Script 2

I need a simple php/mySQL real estate script that needs to function as a php include on the visitor side. Property listings should look very similar to the phprealty script demo (google phprealty to find it). What is NOT needed in the demo listing above is the top banner and right-side navigation. The only option visitors have is to view details, and on the details page there should be a contact email for the realtor whose listing it is in the admin. Remember, this needs to go into an existing site design with a width of 720px, and colors/fonts should be easily modified via css. The admin needs to have the same features as phprealty, with the following additions/changes: 1. This is for a property developer, so we need the option to add Communities. Properties will be listed under different Communities. On the visitor side, the include script should use a variable to identify which Community to list. For example [login to view URL] 2. Require main admin login plus multiple Agent logins with ability for admin to add/edit/delete agents AND the ability to allow administrative rights. Only main admin and users with admin rights can add/edit/remove agents or listings from other agents. 3. Require image overlay capability with a radio select default to "Normal". Other options will be Sold, Move in Today, Price Reduced, and Quick Possession. When other than Normal is selected, a transparent gif will show a diagonal banner in a layer above the top-right of the listing image with the text of the selection, ie: Sold. 4. Require the master admin ability to add/edit/delete image overlay options as outlined above. 5. Require the admin ability to upload a pdf floorplan for each listing, and on the visitor side there needs to be a link to View Floorplan in a new window. This should NOT be a very complicated script to put together so lets keep the bids real. Only programmers that show that they have fully read the project description and that show full understanding of our needs will be considered. Programmers that can provide working examples of similar scripts they've made will receive higher consideration.
