Looking for team of programmers and designers to produce a functionally identical site as "[login to view URL]", but with different look and design. Additional Requirements: 1. Graphics - Winning bidder will also need extensive professional experience in graphic art design. I am a strong believer in small, minimalistic, art content on websites (i.e. [login to view URL]). I would rather the site have a simple, easy-to-navigate, and fast interface than a complex and high resolution, graphically intensive page. All graphic art will be designed by the winning bidder including the logo. 2. PHP Shopping Cart 3. SUPPORT - At least 60 days of support after project has been completed. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. All server-side programming must be done in PHP as much as possible. Documentation inside of scripts is also essential. Firm must have a test server for owners' to view progress. Upon completion of the web programming and design, firm will install and upload software to production server. Firm, by default, will have maximum of 4 weeks (28 days) from winning bid time to complete the project. If this is not adequate time to produce quality work, please propose an acceptable timeframe with your bid. No delays will be tolerated after a deadline has been set. A penalty of $50 per day will be deducted after the deadline date. Completion of the project will include the designing, programming, and implementation of all applications and webpages for the site (not just the e-commerce) portion. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Website will be hosted on linux server running Apache, PHP and MySQL. Website will need to be fully compatible with the following clients: Windows 95/ME/NT/2000/XP, Mac OSX, Linux, Internet Explorer 3.0+, Netscape Navigator 4+, Mozilla Firefox 1+, and Apple Safari.
