The existing page: [Flash Gallery][1] is pretty much static. Any changes have to be don straight on the html files ....
I would like this page moved to a CMS system that allows me to adjust the page quicker without having to change the base files.
The design should remain similar to the current one, though any improvements are fine and encouraged. The whole CMS system should allow for the design to be changed without having to change any of the content.
You can use an existing CMS system, such as Mambo, phpWebSite, etc. as long as it is free and open source and easily available (has to work with mysql and on a UNIX server, so no asp). The one important factor for deciding which one to choose should be loading speed as I want the page to stay relatively fast loading. Also it should display the same way on IE and Firefox (latest versions).
I need a way to quickly add news to the front page and a way to view older news.
The menu should be flexible so that it is easy to change, add, remove menus and submenus.
I also need a way that allows for easy uploading files to the site (only by me) and linking to the uploaded files (see the Download page).
Last but not least I need a way to backup the entire page (including database) to my HD and to be able to restore it to the server as well without having to do too many things ...
All the files form the current webpage will be provided.

## Deliverables
The site has to be visible on a server from the seller. I require the files to be provided in such a way that I can install them on my server without too many problems. Instructions have to be provided on how to install it on the server (ftp only please). The installation of the CMS system does not have to be documented if the CMS is a ready available open source system with good instructions.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
