Web pages rebuild

-- Flash Intro with voice that is the ‘Synopsis’ on existing site loads very slowly, with only a white screen showing during loading. We need this changed! We want a pre-loader text message in the empty white box (change color), stating that the flash is loading. Prefer that it states visitors can win an acting role in a movie and a new car. You need to be able to make WHATEVER changes are necessary to make this whole page load faster ! Retain the Flash and remove the frames, if possible. -- A single box at the bottom of the page would be divided into three separate ones and spaced around the page. Each box is a description of the three different contests visitors may enter. Clicking on any should take the visitor to the ‘Contest Entry Page’ where they are told how to and allowed to enter the contests, including being required to enter their E-Mail Address. -- Next, would be addition to 'rules' text stating that, “ This competition is only open to legal citizens of, and residing, in, the U.S and/or Canada ??. -- The pages must be as they are now, with no left or right scrolling needed. Both sides must always fit within the screen. -- Security of the site is important. The site must be made/coded so that it can not be copied and/or printed. Embedding or whatever else is needed -- You must be able to show us your knowledge / ability in your bid response. -- We will provide the winning bidder the present coding, graphics, and voice over MP3. -- This site must be viewable on Linux, Windows 98 and beyond and all Mac OS since 1998. -- This site must be viewable on the above OS browsers since 1998 +/- . -- A brief overview statement or a type of ‘manual’ must be provided to us, so that we can know what programs / coding you used to build the site so that we can make minor changes at a later date. Presently, the site is done with Dreamweaver and MacroMedia Flash. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 and above Linux Mac OS 8 and above All browsers in existence for these systems since 1/2000 If I am not understanding the restrictions this places on this request, please tell me.
