I need a Basic photo/image editor for windows. SOmething like photoshop LE, but with less features. Need these basic functions- Zoom Levels 3 Brushes Crop to Selection Enlarge Canvas Resize Resample convert BMP-JPEG-GIF Rotate some sort of effects.
