Few little modifications in PHP open source system

DEADLINE: ASAP Introduction: I am looking for quick and rapid PHP developer to make little modification in open source PHP application I have ordered & Installed already: [login to view URL] Currently there are only two fixed "staff" levels: A. Admin - Admin level has FULL access B. Staff - Staff level can access clients/projects ONLY that were assigned to him by Admin. And one "client" level which is ok. I dont need more levels for the customer :) Technical work terms: ----------------------------------- 1) Please deliver detailed progress report each end of the day. 2) If you have any doubts or questions that may delay the project even by a bit, please be creative in solving the issues and if you need to ask something, ask right away. Simple Task: ----------------------------------------------------- 1) Create "Project Manager" staff level. Basically, it means duplicate the "Staff" level but adding to it the option to create new customer / new project. So project manager level can create own clients/projects which auto assigned on his user besides get new projects from the ADMIN who can assign projects on him as project manager which is already works in "staff" level. The current "staff" level needs be renamed (cosmetic job only) to "Developer". So we will have total three levels: Admin, Developer and Project Manager. (Estimated work time by developer: 1-3 hours) 2) Change the UI so the menu instead the top one will be side as in Google plus and Facebook app? Would love to make it public so the user actually created upon a ticket creation. so potential clients can open a ticket without register first. DEADLINE: ASAP Since we had a developer who commited to get it done and after three days we understood that nothing is done our deadline became very short as we have basically out of 3 days now. One who will be picked will also be able to work in long term collaboration for future projects. Whats best rate and lets go and do it together :) Thanks!
