Make Wordpress Site FASTER And Small Edits

Hello,
We have a WordPress site (View Here: [login to view URL] )that lets us upload and post videos, here are some of our edits we want done:
- Make our site and videos load faster. We think the Pre-loader on the videos slows them from showing quicker, but not sure.
- On our homepage we have a slider at the top which displays random videos, we want to change the way it looks slightly, but function the same way.
-Our side bar which display ads,the height too high we want it lowered a little
- Sometimes when you change videos to fast you get this error message: [login to view URL]
