Wordpress site Needed with custom advertisement slots

Wordpress site is needed that will look like [login to view URL] website. Any kind of better design and animation will be appreciated. The features will be same es the example site. Anyone can register and post story with image, video and link. Link will be unique and mandatory. When user logs in they can submit as much stories as they wish but every story link must have to be unique. Users can Vote, Comment and share stories in all popular social medias, When a user logs in they don't have to see the wordpress admin panel. Rather they will stay on the front panel but with ability to post stories from the front end and do other voting, sharing etc. Some automated seo for each post will be good. Additionally I need unique and custom add slots for every post bit and some other places. Please have a look on the attached image to get a clear view of where I need custom advertisement slots in the homepage. In all the other pages I need advertisement slots as well. Left sidebar, Right sidebar, header, footer, before post, after post, Panel headings in Sign in and Register Pages. As much custom widget area as possible. Thus I can use any slot to show advertisement as my wish. I want unlimited pinned/sticky posts that will be shown at very top of the posts section in the home page, I hope it will be very easy task for any experienced wordpress developer.
