Project is about simple javascript website for creative agency. Graphics will be provided by us in PSD file format. The website basically will consist of 4 - 5 pages.
Home page - we would like effect similar like on this website [login to view URL] You can see 4 layers of space - background picture, small hills, threes in front. You can see the effect when you move your mouse from edge to edge.
Service and about us page - we would like to have something similar to this [login to view URL] When you scroll down the page you can see how liquid flows down the pipe. We have graphics for this but the scroll wouldn't go up end down but it would scroll to sides. Liquid flow same as here.
portfolio page - classical bloglike page where we would like to have picture and on left side of post text about the project
Contact page - google map, contact text, and contact form
This website should be in two (English and Slovak) and more languages, so you need to create translations file, no need for admin panel to edit translations, only some simple translation files (XML, PHP etc.) and easy way to add new language and translation file.
All text content and pistures of portfolio should be loaded from MySQL database, because wee will be needing to create admin panel also.
Regarding to SEO, wee need to set meta data, description and keywords for every page and also you need to use HTML tags for better SEO (anchor texts, H1 H2 H3, img alt etc.)
