Magento Software Install and Template Modification

I am looking to have a website built on the Magento software platform. I need assistance with the following: 1. Installing the Community (free edition) of Magento on to my server as I am having problems uploading the files via FTP Then pending the cost, I require help with the following two points: [login to view URL] installation of the following front end template: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] on the above template, can the Flash component (header) be converted into another format (js or other) so that it can be seen on both Mac and PC. Can you please advise if you can help with this software installation (I use [login to view URL] for my web hosting) as well as the modification of the frontend template? Please suggest an estimated cost for this work. It might be easier to provide two costs - one quote on just point 1 above and then a second quote including points 2 and 3 above. I have not used Magento before as I have previously used Joomla and Zen Cart so I do not know much about the platform. Thank you for your assistance. Regards Nathan
