Customize Joomla Website - Kunena

There are some simple hack that i need to customize Kunena. I use it as some form of Job board but would like to make further modifications.
1) Only users who have submitted a sobi2 listing can post a reply on the kunena board.
2) Limit each user reply to a max of 500 characters he/she can post.
3) Load predefined text in the reply textarea. Example below and see attached file:
