Smarty plugin for ranking

Hello, I have a reverse auction website (joomla site, using smarty templating system) and I would like to extend its functionallity. I would like to use a smarty plugin (lets call "bidrank") which has two options: 1) show active user's best bid rank: show the bid's actual position for the active user for the related auction. 2) actual rank of the related auction: show the userid actual rank for the auction Attached you can find a small example how I want to use this plugin. I don't want to give access to the site, I need just the related smarty plugin. If it is not possible without access, please note that the site is in hungarian and I not really want to translate it to english. Thank you!
