MailingLists, and News MySQL Database

We are an online computer security training company that needs to have a MySQL database that will archive the last few years of postings to the popular computer security mailing lists and update itself daily. We also would like it to download, and archive all of the security news articles from popular security news RSS/XML feeds daily. We would like this database to be searchable by keyword, email address, author name, date of posting, each particular mailing list name, each particular news feed name, as well as other related fields. We would like the developer to write scripts that will update this database daily. The developer will be required to work with our lead developer to ensure that the application integrates into the website smoothly. We are using the Plone Content Management System with a Zope framework and MySQL databases for the website all running on Linux. Security Mailing Lists [[login to view URL]][1] Security News Sites [[login to view URL]][2] rootwars ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
