Pricing Generator

What I need is a script that will generate a graduating price dependant upon date and time and to work with paypal. So for an example if you want to offer a special on your product that the sooner you purchase the cheaper the price. Such as a product worth $97.00 and I want the price to start at $9.00 and within a specific time such as one week graduate up to $97.00. But with this script I would need it to also be time dependent. For Example if I have a product that I want to launch at 12pm EST and the price starts at $9.00 and ends on the 7th day at $97.00. Now the amount of days could be what ever dates are choosen, but the price will rise so much per second. And whenever the person clicks on the Paypal link it will be what ever price is showing to the nearest 2 decimals. There is another program on the market that presently will work with the date and also the graduating price which is called Dynamic Pricing Generator, but it does not allow a specific time to start the campaign it only works by date. So at 12am it will start to generate the pricing yet the launch of the product is scheduled for 12pm that day. So I am looking to have a product made that can do most of what the Dynamic Pricing Generator can do but want time to be one of the variables. It would also be nice to have an affiliate program built into it but that can come later. Eventhough I would like it to be desiged to work with Paypal it would be good if there was some sort way of creating a setting to work with other payment options as well. Now this can be a desktop solution or web based which may be better. If you need further information please let me know. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform If we are looking at a desktop solution it will need to run on Windows XP or later version of windows. And if this is going to be a Web based application then I would like it for a linux/unix server and a MySql Database to save the projects that are being created. Also I would like to add an affiliate module to this script as well which also will need to work with MySql.
