we have a website, that is a platform for service provider and service seeker. the service seeker post their service need and different service providers having the matching skill are notified and they bid on the service (job). the service seeker in his dashboard should be able to map, Map showing service seeker job location as blue the service providers who has already bidded on the job as red the service providers who has not bidded but match the skill set in yellow. the cursor when brought on the red (service provider allready bidded) should show the bid amount so the service seeker can invite the service provider who has not bidded, hence when the cursor is brought on the YELLOW (service provider not bidded but match) it should show INVITE. Similarly service provider in his dashboard should be able to see map showing service seeker who has been already bidded by them as red and service seeker of the skill match whom they have not yet bidded in yellow and they can bid on such service seeker jobs. and they should show their location in blue.
