Please read the full project details before bidding, as communication is very important for this project. I'll let you know how to format your proposal. This project is very simple to do, as most of it requires basic use of open-source software or codes, frames, and API integration(s)

Brief overview:

Webmail: either RainLoop, RoundCube, or AfterLogic sounds like it would work great

Slight modifications of the above mentioned webmail software to manage mail slightly differently

Integration of an opensource chat client, such as XMPP. You can use a pre-made client like [login to view URL]

Able to form groups or "threads" for easier communication, with above client

Basic signup that logs information into a database and encrypts password properly

Integration of some productivity APIs: Google Docs, Google Calender

Bringing in 2~ other portals and integrating all of the above to work seamlessly on one page, in tabs

Ability to add custom tabs to this, basically would be a website overlay within the page

Grab information from these pages, if possible, and utilize them

Allow user to input additional information to be stored in database (password saving)

Skills required:

I highly recommend using jQuery, Ajax, and/or HTML5

CSS or other languages may be substituted but the goal is to avoid iFrames

Minimum basic understanding of MySQL database

PHP knowledge may be crucial depending on how you approach the project

The budget for this project is not very high. We can simplify it if needed, especially if some parts are not plausible for the budget, and I can also perform some of the tasks. Anyway, if you're interested at all, please place the lowest bid you can. Timing is not important. I will then contact you, and discuss further details, and you can adjust your bid or time required accordingly, if you are accepted for the project. Please go ahead and just mention what you think the project will end up being, or what general idea you have about it from the details, and any questions you have in your proposal. It will otherwise be marked as spam. I do not care if you list a million languages you know, or link me to previous projects. I will contact you and we will go over that later.

I know my description may have made this sound too technical and very hard to do, but I ensure you that it is very basic. The main three aspects are just using a pre-made webmail software, a pre-made chat client, and integration of some Google tools. The rest would just be overlaying frames on the page. The only information that needs to be saved is a username and password so the system can remain logged in and also give users access to the above features. User will input other necessary information, such as their e-mail address for the mail client, etc.

I estimate it would take one day (8 hours) to complete.
