I can do it, but before I need you confirm: 1) the table will has the follow structure: id | user_id | morning or afternoon or all day | field1 | field2 | field 3 | field 4 | any other extra ? 2) the form view is under Wordpress environment or can work as an external page who use the Wordpress data?
