202996 php prog.needed (long term)

I need a good php programmer that does have knowledge about phpnuke with coppermine integration. It will be for 5-10 hours a week and this for 2 months. If work is good then i'm gonna keep this programmer for more projects First i'm gonna test for 1 week and if the communication and programming is good. This test ofcourse will be paid!! If all goes well we will continue to work. I will pay on hourly base. Max price is 4$-8$ an hour. I need someone I can really trust !! And can really do what he/she is saying Any guestion just PB me regards
