149589 Set up web based procurement

I need someone to set up web based procurement system based on existing software wich can be downloaded at [login to view URL] The graphic homepage is already designed in PSD format We need only someone to set up the site with this template and who is able to make changes in the script that we need. Bidder schould quote only the set up, and need to quote costs per hour to make changements.
