CCQ Card Game

I have a card game that? I want to put onto my website. It is a game like 'Crazy 8s' that has players (2-6) and uses a draw pile and a discard pile that cannot be used except the top card (unlike rummy where you can take the entire pile).? I have the design for the card backs, the card fronts and the rules. I just need someone to turn it from a hand held paper card game into something that could be played online. There are 54 cards, turns rotate, cards need be melded so must show to other players. Points need to be calculated for winner/loser. ## Deliverables i need to have a conversation so i can answer some of the questions asked, i only invented the game, i am not a programmer so cannot answer the technical stuff
