Full Flex Web Page

I need full flex web project. a) It has to fit browser resolution, b) In left side I need a treview menu which com from XML ([login to view URL]) c) Body is [login to view URL] like pictuer viewer also come from XML (.....xml) d) In the top, there is a marquess. It come from xml. e) Top right side there is a picture viewer. Picture changes in time, Picture path come from XML. f) In top also 5 pieces button. g) When left treeview menu, or picture viewer or buttins click a rich text box coming. h) Rich text box edit with html. I need this web client.
