Coding Required for NEW WordPress WP THESIS Theme (All PSD Images ready)

Thanks for looking at my project. This is my first project at Freelancer but have been using Odesk and Elance for over 5 years each. ------ PROJECT ONE [Home Extension Centre] ------ You will *CODE* a new WordPress Theme based on the attached images (PSD FILES TO FOLLOW ONCE JOB HAS BEEN AWARDED TO YOU). The web designer (Danny) has already selected the colour schemes, images, layout, font names, font styles and font sizes etc and your job is to implement his design exactly. Once you have been selected I will send across final layered images in Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photo Shop format. You will get paid when the new theme has been installed and has been checked by me (usually within 48 hours of completion): The successful coder will present their portfolio to me and have good feedback and communication skills. The *ideal* deadline for completion of the theme (for us) is 14 days from winning the job. Some further guidelines are listed below: ============================== 1. You will use the Thesis framework or The NEW RootsTheme Frameswork (SEE [login to view URL]). I have a paid Thesis theme you can use. The Roots Theme is excellent and can be downloaded for free from thewir website above. 2. You will create a Theme 'Header' Options Page (Options for the header are illustrated on the attached image). 3. You will create a Theme 'Home Page' Options Page (Options for the Home Page are illustrated on the attached image). 4. You will create a Theme 'General' Options Page (Options for the header are illustrated on the attached image). All the above *can* be split up on a single Theme Options Page if you prefer. 5. The theme has a slider design and within the slider you will incorporate a web app that has been written (Home extension quote online). The programmer for the web app is available to help you incorporate this into our theme. 6. You will run the final design through a great resource we found called The Web Developer's Checklist ([login to view URL] ) to ensure it meets with good coding practices such as 'user-friendly URL's' , HTML5 compatibility check, Google Rich Snippets, Code Quality, Semantics, Page speed/performance and SEO. 7. The site must be RESPONSIVE depending on the browser screen size. 8. There will be a few plugins to install which I will provide that you will also do as part of this project.
