I can do this for you, I have 6+ years of experience in working exclusively with FreePBX, and I have 2.10 and Asterisk 1.8 on two personal PBX's. My question is, what is the difference between the viewer on your project and the CDR viewer that comes standard in FreePBX. The way the recording works in the viewer is through an online streaming process. If you need to download it, I could create a custom link for you to search and download the recording, AND I NOW WILL integrate Dropbox so that all recordings go there.
