We need a full working Penny Auction site or Swoopo clone. The script must be tested and 100% bug free. I will require installation, hosting (US only) and testing. A full working demo is needed for me to test before I make my payment. We need functions utilized on Swoopo auction platform that includes everything from the bidding process, to registration, buying bids, autobidder, referrals and newsletters etc. Functionality -User registration and account verification. (CAPTCHA) -Buying bid packages. -Bidding in the telebid format. Paying per bid and increasing the price by a set amount. -Increasing the time by 10-second increments every time a bid is placed. (can change according to my time using the CMS). -General pages such as terms and conditions and a help section which i can edit. Content Management System (CMS) Platform is accompanied fully featured Cactus 3.8 CMS Server.
