I want to build a reverse auction site, that is also a social networking community.
I want the reverse auction to be the primary focus, but allow all members to create their own web pages, that can be reached by clicking on their auction user names.
The script packages to integrate and install are:

The reverse auction items will be put up by admin only, so a lot of the features of that script won't be used by members. We will always do reverse auctions, and sometimes post dutch auctions.
We have ideas for site design, but may need help with css on the templates, depending on how the integration works.
The index page should be a flash design, with quick vid clips/photos worked in (somehow) and has a song clip that plays on page load. We'd want a 'SKIP' button on it for returning visitors. I'm still looking around for something similiar to what I'd want - and am open to suggestions.
I have many more specs mapped out, and a definite direction I want to go, with firm ideas on the home page layout, etc, as it corresponds with the phpfox script.
So, I wouldn't take a lot of your time waffling on ideas, or decisions.
I'm ready to share more of the plans with you right away if you're interested.
We need a custom CSS as the site should look like no other, and we're aiming for an edgy, exciting, and daring look for the site.
I'm happy to reimburse the winning bidder their freelance fee for quick and quality work.
