I need someone to build a site that will access a rets Server and populate the site using all of the MLS data pulled form the RETS server.. It's a fairly easy job once you read the specs... Actually there are 2 free scripts that you can use to do the site, the main thing is the Overall design.. So, what you will use is a script called Open Realty and than the listing import will be done through another free script called VieleRETS at [login to view URL] basically you just need to setup the cron or php script that will download from the rets server each night to populate the listings... So, all free scripts, some knowledge of Open Realty and reading how to import the MLS listings... I can do it, it just the script to update the listings and the overall design that is an issue for me.. I am not a designer and Open Realty is a bit funky with their template files.. The site will only pull listings from one Real Estate MLS Board... Basically the way the site will work is Real Estate Brokers/Agents will be able to sign up for a monthly fee and the listings on the MLS that belong to that Agent will receive the leads and details pertaining to the request... Now, a bit of custom programming will be needed but real simple, basically the system already allows the contact form to be sent to the agent, but you see, this is going to take a little tweaking... You see, when the data is downloaded ffrom the RETS server, we receive ALL contact info to that listing agent, now, our system will have the listing agents Name Address, Company Name, Phone, and email... If the agent is not subscribed to our website, than each time a visitor fills out a form for a single property, our system will send a teaser e-mail to the Listing Agent who has not yet signed up on our site.. The teaser e-mail will have the Listing Information, and For First Name Of The Person requesting info it will say Someone Last Name Is Interested than the bottom of the email will have the listing... Now, under that, there will be a link that says, Do you want this person's contact information? Click Here Which will bring them to a page explaining the benefits of signing up.. Basically when the agent signs up they will receive all contact details for leads that come for their properties... So, basically you will install and setup the 2 FREE scripts for the whole real estate system, and the Import Script. The most work will be in the design, and the minor programming of the Form submissions, and membership which will use PayPal or Google Checkout... My Highest Bid on Elance is $275
