X-Cart Pro Shipping Setup

I am helping a friend with their X Cart Pro site. We need help with setting up Shipping as we are having issues.

We have got the Shipping to work if a Customer orders from one Manufacturer, but if they order from two Manufacturers, the Shipping is wrong. Not sure if this needs a patch in the program, or a Mod like Drop Shipper Pro ([url removed, login to view]) ??

MUST have extensive experience with X-Cart Pro Shipping, especially for 2 Manufacturers with different addresses.

First image shows checkout incorrect figure(0 shipping cost - should be 5.60) and second shows checkout incorrect figure $16 (should be $8)
