We would like to generate 3 custom XML feeds from our database using the [login to view URL] API: [login to view URL] The custom feeds would be according to the specifications required by Zillow, Trulia, and Oodle. The feed would need to only contain rental listings not on MLS ("include_MLS" = 0) and would include all the on market rental listings in each feed (normally 3000-10,000 depending on the time of year). The feeds would need to be dynamic and update at least 1x per day whenever listings in the database are updated. Zillow Feed Specs will email Trulia Feed Specs will email Oodle Feed Specs: [login to view URL] Please provide hours required and completion date.

I checked the Oodle and yougotlistings files. Do you have a deadline for this? Do you have a budget? I am online right now. I am sure that you want to discuss. Thanks in advance.

hello. I have experience with real-estate listings and am convinced that I can convert the feed as required (assuming that all the required columns are present in the source feed). my bid would also include automated refreshing of the data, in case crontab should be available on the server. my weapon of choice would certainly be PHP5... if required, can convert to WP posts & postmeta (in case there may be a custom post-type, which supports the common attributes of real estate listings). if any questions - drop me a line on the chat.
