Web-based project tracking tool

Need 1 or 2 web application developers to assist with development of a web-based project tracking tool. ? Applicant should have a strong grasp on web application technologies and development practices and should have strong client-side (javascript) skills in addition to whichever server side technology (.net, RoR, Php, node,etc) you are most proficient with.? Most questions will get answered during the pre-engagement phase, so a short initial response is preferred which should simply answer 5 important questions: 1. ? What is your preferred server-side web technology and why? 2. ? Other than the technology in #1, what are other web application tools/technologies you have experience with?( and how much experience) 3. ? Please provide contact information: email, contact phone#, and best time to call to chat about the project. 4. ? How many hours weekly will you be able to dedicate to the project and will this be the only project you're working on once it begins? 5. ? An hourly rate (or range) you're confortable with. Notes: 1. ? We prefer to work with individuals who would like to continue to work with us on future projects. ? If your schedule/availability permits you to continue work with us after this project is complete, this is favorable. 2. ? This project is not available for ? outsourcing. ? Development should be done by individuals residing in Canada or the United States.
