Project Objectives This project will provide a Windows RT based tablet app to collect the data necessary to complete the Dominion HEA form (HEA-PAYOPT 2013-v.1). This project will also cover the setup and development of infrastructure to allow for printing of forms in PDF format and for data to be consolidated for reporting. Tablet App Development The form contains ~97 fields which would be broken down into ~15 pages for data entry. The app should allow for easy navigation to each page so that field personnel are not required to enter data in a required sequence. A validation Page should be included at end of the form with short cuts to invalid data to allow for simplified correction. Data collected by the app will be packaged and transported to cloud storage on demand. Data collection will be possible while not connected to the internet. The transport format of the data will be determined during analysis and development phases. The completed app will be setup so as to be easily side loaded and not available in marketplace. Web Service Development A web service will be developed to receive data from the Tablet App and Serve it to back office applications. We will manage the contracting of a hosting company and setting up and provisioning the web service on the server. Also, a general business website. Back Office Development A windows application will be developed to facilitate printing individual forms in PDF format and downloading data to an excel spreadsheet.
